Revised Special Conditions E
The RCA has given notice that revised Special Conditions E will be effective from 1 September 2010, following discussions with the FRB.
The new Special Conditions E may be found in the 'Document Downloads' section of this website.
The substantive changes are relatively slight and are summarised below: -
Clauses 2.14.2 and 2.14.3 give a definition of 'prominently display' (i.e. should not be obscured in any way and should be within the direct eye line of the customer).
Clause 2.14.4 confirms that the specification for joints and equipment is decided by the RCA and NAB/ARB/RBA rather than the FRB or AGT.
Clauses 2.14.5 and 2.16 refer to the Gold Flag scheme, which has been recently introduced.
Clause 2.18 obliges all bookmakers to use Tattersalls Committee as their third-party dispute resolution service unless otherwise stated.
