PRIOR TO RACING:
Please note that due to the volume of advance bookings the main entrance will NOT be available for vehicular access for bookmakers wishing to set up as this is the main pedestrian entrance for advance ticket holders.
Vehicular access for set up will therefore only be available via the trackside entrance until 3:20pm and will not be permitted thereafter. As usual, only drivers will be permitted to enter in cars unless the passenger has a valid entry ticket. The bookmakers turnstile will be open from 3pm.
Any problems regarding the above or requirements for special access may be granted by the General Manager, Jo Miller, but only by prior arrangement on 01225 424609
AFTER RACING:
Due to the position of the stage and volume of racegoers on site, NO VEHICULAR ACCESS will be permitted for break down of equipment at either the main or trackside entrances.
Anyone requiring access for a vehicle to break down kit should therefore contact Jo Miller in advance on 01225 424609 in order that arrangements can be made. Please note this will only be available under specific circumstances.
