Online Auction lots 'out of window'

Please note that List Positions for which there is no current transfer window will occasionally appear in our online auctions. This is only permitted where the vendor (and AGT) has received special dispensation in writing from the relevant racecourse. It is always safe to bid for such List Positions as we will not process them for auction without explicit prior permission to process the transfer.
